Mr. Graham is a generalist with wide experience in business, government, the not-for-profit sector and public service at the national level. He relocated from Washington DC to Wilmington NC in 2007.

Business – Mr. Graham has served as CEO of a public company, co-owner and Managing Director of an investment bank and management consultant to Fortune 50 corporations. He has also performed various interim CEO assignments. He was a founding Director and Executive Committee member of a major apartment REIT (NYSE). Earlier at IBM, he was Assistant to the President, and national Director of Marketing for five industries. As an investment banker and investment manager, he structured, financed and managed 15 investment partnerships in real estate, technology and natural resources through 7 private corporations. He continues a portion of this work. Until 2009, he served as Chairman of a private healthcare company and its affiliated foundation, his third stint as Chairman or CEO of a healthcare venture.
Government – Mr. Graham served on the White House domestic policy staff. He served on two Presidential Commissions addressing vocational education and employment security policies. He was a consultant to the US Departments of State and Education and a US Delegate to international conferences with German and Argentinean leaders. In 2008, he was a Delegate to the World Health Organizations First International Conference on Healthcare Human Resources in Kampala, Uganda.
Not-for Profit and Public Service – Mr. Graham was selected in a national competition as a White House Fellow, “the nations most prestigious program for leadership and public service”. Subsequently he was elected as President of the White House Fellows Foundation and Association. He was a co-founder and Chairman of the Congressional Management Foundation, which addresses the management issues of Congressional offices and staff. Education and Training – B.S. University of Illinois, student government President and numerous leadership honors. Two year IBM systems/marketing training program, first in class. Graduate of the IBM Executive Training Program.
