Tanner is lead designer and president of WaveRider Design, Inc., a local tech startup specializing in the creation and design of high quality websites and mobile apps. Founded in Santa Cruz, CA, WaveRider Design, Inc. relocated to Wilmington in 2010 to much fan-fare in the local economic development community and is a glowing representive of an aspirational thriving tech sector that CFEDC hopes to promote in the lower Cape Fear region.
