Scott Ogden, Partner/Architect, B + O Design Studio / CFEDC Founder

Scott Ogden, AIA/LEED AP is an architect & founder/partner with B & O design
studio, pllc. He has degrees in architecture from the Univ. of Cincinnati
(B.Arch) and Harvard University (M. Arch). In 2005, he relocated to the
Cape Fear area from Seattle. His firm, B & O design studio, pllc features
sustainable architecture & landscape architecture with an emphasis on modern
‘green’ solutions. B & O aspires to create meaningful, inspired experiences
for its clients and the environment as a whole. The studio’s experience
includes custom residential & multi-family, mixed-use developments, upfits/
interiors, site planning, and interpretive/educational habitats. His firm
has contributed to projects that have received the Lower Cape Fear
Stewardship Development Award for the last four years.
